ProductWin analytics
What your wins have in common.
Log the outcome of each application or bid, and FundFellows shows which funders, clients, sectors, and sizes go with the ones you won. When there are only a few outcomes, it says so.
The demo runs on a fictional organization and recorded runs. No sign-up.

Win analytics, on demo data. Every chart says how many outcomes it is based on.
How it works, step by step.
Log what happened
On the pipeline board, move an application or a bid to Won or Lost. Add the amount and anything the funder or client said. It takes a minute.
See your own patterns
Analytics reads only your logged outcomes. For grants, it shows results by funder and funder type, by ask size, and by which proposal sections were included. For bids, it shows results by client, sector, and project size, and leaves a no-go out of the win rate.
Plain about small numbers
Most small organizations submit a handful of applications a year. When there are only a few outcomes, analytics shows the counts and says the pattern could be chance, instead of a percentage that looks more certain than it is.
Next month's plan uses it
The monthly plan in the Inbox takes your outcomes into account: which kinds of funders have said yes to you, and which have funded you before. You still approve the plan.
The specifics
- What it reads
- Outcomes you logged: the stage, the award amount, the funder or client, the ask size, and the sections in the submitted draft.
- What it shows
- Won and lost by funder, client, sector, and size, ask sizes compared with awards, and the sections most often present in funded applications.
- Small numbers
- Every figure shows how many outcomes it rests on. With only a few, it shows counts and a plain caution.
- Whose data
- Your workspace only. It does not compare you with other organizations.
What it will never do
- Use other organizations' results to judge yours.
- Present a few outcomes as a trend.
- Promise a win rate.
- Share your outcomes with funders, clients, or other customers.
The rest of the product
Or follow one application from start to finish on how it works.
- MatchingGrants, public bids, research funding, foundations, and scholarships from official sources, each scored against your records with reasons you can check.
- Drafting with sourcesLetters, proposals, bid responses, and essays where every claim cites your own records, and every missing fact becomes a question for you.
- Deadlines and calendarMilestones planned backward from each deadline, addenda that move the dates, a year plan, reminders, and a calendar feed.
- OutreachDrafts of the emails around an application, from a question before you apply to a thank-you after. You send each one yourself.
- ConnectionsBoard and contact import, overlap with foundation trustees from 990-PF filings, peer organizations that share your funders, and intro request drafts.
